Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant F Co., Ltd. B. Defendant F, on March 11, 2013, posted the Defendants’ news articles (hereinafter “each of the instant articles”) (hereinafter “instant article”) in Defendant F’s news articles (hereinafter “F article”) indicated that Defendant F offered a bribe by selling and selling the land (2 billion won, 3, 3884) of JJ in order to damage the legal network of purchasing the real estate of public officials under the title “R” under the title “R”.
