A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 14, 2018, the Defendant issued a stillbirth of a pregnant 9-month fetus from the second floor of the Sinsan-si B building and the preceding public toilet between male-gu and her male-child room, and then put the body of the said fetus on the fifth floor of the building D in Osan-si, a five-story, after putting the body of the said fetus into a plastic bag, after putting it into a plastic bag.

Accordingly, the defendant abandons the body.
