A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 05:00 on August 3, 2016, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s home toilet located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, 301 Dong 904, given birth of a baby that was pregnant due to commercial sex acts, and thereafter, the Defendant’s mother and surrounding people were dead, and the Defendant’s body was abandoned by a reduction of the body by putting the body into a string plastic paper 5 place on a hand, putting it into a string plastic paper, putting it into a 440-ro, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and a 08:30 on the same day.
