Criminal facts

On September 3, 2017, at around 02:45, the Defendant: (a) came to a restaurant operated by the victim G in Busan, the Busan, the Busan, and the first floor, and (b) confirmed that the employees, including the victim, finished the operation of the restaurant and retired from the restaurant; (c) opened a window on the part of the said restaurant, which was not corrected, and applied the money and valuables to be stolen by intrusion into the restaurant; (d) confirmed that the emergency warning, which was installed on the instant restaurant, was sounding at the time; and (e) opened and opened an entrance, was attempted to steal the victim’s property by intrusion into the structure managed by the damaged person at night.

3. On June 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered a K cafeteria operated by the Victim J in North Korea-gu, North Korea-gu, at the port of port on June 25, 2017; (b) and then stolen KRW 100,000 in cash from a credit cooperative, which is placed on the account of an unlocked window, with a total of KRW 10,000 in cash.
