[criminal history] On September 2, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on September 2, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence at the former prison on September 25, 2017.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 26, 2018, the Defendants: (a) extracted the form of “F” managed by the victim E in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu around 01:40 on April 26, 2018; (b) Defendant A reported the network in front of the said store; and (c) Defendant B removed the lock-out lock-out lock-out lock-out lock-out inside the exchange season, which was prepared in advance, and then paid KRW 629,000 in total inside the exchange season after removing the lock-out lock-out lock-out lock-out lock-out lock-out, which was prepared in advance.

On April 15, 2018, at around 05:06, the Defendants came to a “L” restaurant operated by the Victim K in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, and Defendant A reported the network around the restaurant, and Defendant B, in cash, at a simplified credit cooperative located in the calculation unit after intrusion through the window, 50,000 won in cash.

As an ombudsman, another person's property was stolen jointly.

On April 19, 2018, the Defendants reached a “O” practice hall operated by the victim N located in MM building at the Naju-si, Naju-si, around 00:02.
