On March 3, 2018, at around 02:05, the Defendant opened a door of the Category D Ba car, which was the victim C, and 50,000 won in cash in that door, which was parked in the Gwangju-si BJ car, and subsequently stolen from that time until March 22, 2019, the Defendant attempted to steal the total of KRW 1,382,00,000, which were possessed by victims, on a total of seven occasions, as indicated in Nos. 1 through 5, 7, and 8 of the List of Crimes, from March 22, 2019. The Defendant attempted to steal cash as stated in No. 6 and 9 of the List of Crimes.
