Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who served as the principal of the “C School D Campus” located in literature-si B from August 1, 2013 to July 31, 2017, and E is a student who entered the said school on March 3, 2011 and graduated from the said school on December 30, 2016.

According to the regulations on the operation of the school office of the above schools, the credits for each subject are assessed only as “A, A, B, C, C, D, D, D, and F,” depending on the original score. D or F credits “A student who has received a school can correct his or her results only after completing seasonal semesters or online education, etc.” The school regulations, school regulations, etc. at the time may correct the records of the student who did not meet the above requirements for sexual correction through the decision of the Committee.

Nevertheless, around December 2016, the Defendant accepted the “E’s credits for the English and natural science subjects in 2013” upon the E’s request from the parents who were students of the above school, and accepted them. Although E did not complete seasonal semesters or online education, E would appear to have completed the English and natural science subjects in 2013, it would be seen that E would have completed the said seasonal semesters or online education. On January 4, 2017 and around the 20th of the same month, the Defendant arbitrarily held a “sexual Correction Committee” without any provision on two occasions on two occasions and submitted the revised statement to E’F University (FF) at the victim’s University at the time of the U.S. law of law of law and regulations.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the entrance status of the victim university by fraudulent means.
