피고인은 2015. 1. 8 15:32경 불상지에서 피해자 C가 네이버 블로그에 게시한 “D"라는 제목의 글에 "나이를 똥꼬로 처드셨군요 ㅋㅋㅋ 여기가서 민영화되시지요 ㅋㅋ"라는 댓글을 게시한 것을 비롯하여 총 20회에 걸쳐 범죄일람표 기재와 같은 댓글들을 공연히 게시하여 피해자를 각 모욕하였다.
