1. The plaintiffs' respective claims against the defendants are dismissed in entirety.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
Basic facts are the buildings listed in the attached list (hereinafter “instant building”) consisting of 2 underground floors, 7 underground floors, and 2 rooftops. Of them, 810.23 square meters (the area of the exclusive ownership; hereinafter the same shall apply) of the two floors are registered as a single unit (201). The use on the collective building ledger is divided into neighborhood living facilities (won) or 29 units, and is actually leased for each room. The fourth and the fifth floors are divided into the business facilities (offices) of each 19 unit and are traded as “Ftel.”
Plaintiff
A, a real estate broker, entered into a lease agreement with G on August 29, 201 with respect to the size of 223 square meters among the instant building 201 owned by G, with a deposit of KRW 40,000,000 and the term of lease from September 6, 2011 to September 5, 2013.
Plaintiff
B entered into a lease agreement between G and G on July 15, 201 with respect to KRW 55,00,000,000, and the lease term from July 17, 2011 to July 16, 2013, with respect to KRW 501,00 square meters of the instant building without monthly rent between G and G.

C On October 13, 2010, with respect to the instant building 403, 33.54 square meters of G-owned building, a lease agreement was concluded between G and G with a deposit of KRW 55,00,000,000 without monthly rent, from October 27, 2010 to October 26, 2012. The Defendant E, a broker, signed and sealed the lease agreement (Evidence A No. 3) made under the said lease agreement as a broker and received a brokerage commission of KRW 20,000,000, respectively, from Plaintiff C and G on October 26, 2010.
At the time of conclusion of each of the above lease agreements, with respect to the whole of the first and fifth floors on the ground of the instant building, Han Bank Co., Ltd., Ltd., the debtor G, the maximum debt amount of 4.5 million won on June 13, 2007, and G, the maximum debt amount of H’s 1.4 billion won on June 25, 2007.
