Punishment of the crime

1. 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(공동상해) 피고인들과 D은 2014. 4. 8. 03:10경 서울 영등포구 E에 있는 'F한의원' 앞 도로를 G 아반떼 승용차를 운전하여 진행하게 되었는데, 피해자 H(16세)의 일행인 I이 오토바이를 타고 가면서 피고인들과 D에게 욕설을 하자 화가 나, D은 위 승용차를 운전하여 서울 영등포구 J 앞 도로에서 피해자가 운전하는 오토바이 앞을 가로막아 세운 후, 피고인 A은 손으로 피해자의 머리채를 잡고 주먹으로 얼굴 부위를 수차례 때리고, 피고인 B은 손바닥으로 피해자의 눈 부위를 가격하고 주먹으로 머리 부위를 수차례 때리고, D은 주먹으로 피해자의 머리를 수차례 때리고 발로 몸을 걷어찼다.

As a result, Defendants and D jointly put about two weeks of medical treatment to the victim, a plebrogate sponsor, etc.

2. Defendants and D violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint confinement) found the victim's conduct after assaulting the victim as above, but did not find it.
