A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 5, 2017, at around 19:13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stored the victim’s “E” clothes store managed by the victim D in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Geumcheon-gu, in a shopping bag that had been displayed at the same time by using any gaps in the victim’s surveillance negligence; and (b) stored the amount equivalent to KRW 149,000 in the market price of the chemical board Co., Ltd., which was displayed at the same time, in advance.

2. On February 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00 on February 18, 2018, in the “G” clothing store managed by the victim FF on the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu Seoul, by using the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (b) on February 18, 2018, the Defendant stolen one set of one set of KRW 490,000 at the market price of new day owned by the Defendant, which was displayed at that place, was placed in his/her own speed.
