A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months in the crime of embezzlement from the Suwon Friwon on September 4, 2014 and is currently under suspension of execution.

1. On April 21, 2016, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) entered a commercial entertainment business establishment on the first floor of the D Building in Ma in Ma in Sungsung-si, as a customer, and received 1.20,000 won from the pregnant female prior to engaging in commercial sex acts.

At around 21:50 on the same day, the Defendant received a request from the police officer F to present identification card to verify his/her identity from the police officer F, who controlled the above business, due to the suspicion of engaging in commercial sex acts, and provided G’s name and resident registration number (H) to the above F, thereby illegally using another person’s resident registration number.

2. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. The Defendant, at around 22:00 on April 21, 2016, without authority, entered “G” and G resident registration numbers in the name column of the written statement with a black-type pen and the resident registration number column with the intent to exercise the right at the same place as above Paragraph 1, and made it possible for the Defendant to bring alcohol to drinking alcohol and drinking-gu to the drinking-free driver.

B. The Defendant submitted to F, at the same time and place as above, a forged statement to F, who is unaware of the circumstances, was actually held as if it were duly formed.

3. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, such as: (a) discovered that he stolen the personal information of G at the same time, place, and (b) discovered that he stolen the personal information of G; and (c) opened the panty on the tables.
