1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts - Down-

1. Name of the construction project: The electric construction project to be conducted by the bankruptcy bank;

2. Contract amount: Amount of million won for the sale of daily gold (82,000,000) (VAT).

3. Construction period: (a) from April 1, 2013 to May 4, 2013 to May 31, 2013, 2013; (b) in order to enter into a contract for the said construction separately from the Han-ro deposit and pre-use inspection expenses, the term “A” means “A” and the term “B” means “A”.

Article 1 (Construction and Completion) “B” shall perform the construction in a solid and accurate manner in accordance with the specifications of the design drawings and estimates presented by “A”, and shall construct and transfer the facilities to be inspected in accordance with the specifications of the design drawings and estimates presented by “A” and the Korea Electric Power Corporation’s Standards Ordinance and Electrical Construction Technology Ordinance.

Article 5 (Method of Payment for Construction Funds) “A” shall pay the construction price (82,00,000) to “B” as follows:
