1. The Defendant’s KRW 73,064,273 as well as 5% per annum from June 20, 2018 to June 25, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

The following facts may be acknowledged in the fact-finding inquiry reply to C Co., Ltd. by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to the dispute between the parties, or by adding Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 4, Eul evidence Nos. 2, 11, and 12 (including each number), and the fact-finding reply to C Co., Ltd.

The plaintiff is a constructor who mainly engages in electrical construction business, and the defendant is a company established for the purpose of electricity, communication, and fire-fighting system construction.

B. On January 20, 2016, upon receiving a contract for D construction from C Co., Ltd., the Defendant concluded a subcontract with the Plaintiff regarding electrical construction works during the said construction (hereinafter “instant construction works”) as follows (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

The defendant (A) and the plaintiff (B) shall enter into a construction contract with respect to the scope of the construction work of the specifications attached to the name of D construction work, and make two copies of the contract each by promising the performance of the contract in accordance with mutual trust and trust.

Article 1 (Rights and Obligations) B shall be constructed on the detailed statement to A in accordance with the procedures set forth by A, and A shall pay the construction cost prescribed in Article 7 to B.

Article 2 (Matters of Acknowledgement)

1. B shall be deemed to have consented with the special conditions, drawings, specifications, etc. of the construction project, with due consideration.

Article 3(Real Name) The contract amount of Article 6 (Construction Costs) at the construction site that A entered into with C Co., Ltd. on February 15, 2016 to June 12, 2016: Amount of KRW 420,000 per day: KRW 0 per day, and additional tax amount: Amount of KRW 7 (Payment of Construction Costs: Labor Costs to perform the agreed terms: Labor Costs, Expenses, Tools, Damage, Road Cuts, Equipment Expenses, etc.): Amount of KRW 0 per day: Amount of KRW 7 (Payment of Construction Costs): Amount of KRW 10 per month from the end of each month: Amount of cash payment on the 10th day of the 10th day following the end of each month: Amount of cash settlement as of the 10th day following the end of each month.

1. Eul shall have the goods provided by Gap in accordance with the procedures set out in Gap.
