Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a staff member dispatched to the LG Plus E branch located under the jurisdiction of the LG Plus C Center, and the victim F is a person who operates the “G”, a subcontractor of the said LG Plus C Center.

1. On March 9, 2015, at around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) at the LG Pler E branch office located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (b) did not request the Defendant’s Home (070) to release three products from the Defendant’s Home branch office; (c) instead, as if he voluntarily released to the Defendant, the Defendant carried out three products with the Defendant’s Home (070) in line with the amount of computer set as if he released the Defendant; and (d) took off three products with the Defendant’s Home (0,000 KRW 385,00 per each market price using the cres without any employees around the Defendant.

2. On the 13th of the same month at around 16:00, the Defendant stolen four home beams products in the same manner and in the same place.

3. On 22. Around 16:00 of the same month, the Defendant stolen two home beams products in the same manner at the same place.

4. On the 27th of the same month at around 18:00, the Defendant stolen 32 home beams products by the same method at the same place.

As a result, the Defendant stolen the amount of KRW 41,785,00, total amount of KRW 15,785,00 from the home beams owned by the victim four times.
