Criminal facts

On August 2016, the Defendant posted an advertisement that “as to sell 070 telephone numbers” on the Internet website, etc. along with a person without a name (one name D), and conspired to sell a net phone number of 070, which was opened by stealing the name of the person with no contact, and to have the proceeds divided by using the name of the person with no contact.

피고인은 성명 불상자( 일명 E)로부터 ‘ 주식회사 F’ 라는 상호의 사업자등록증 등을 제공받아 2016. 9. 1. 경 별정통신사업 자인 온 세 텔 링크 주식회사와 ‘F’ 가 온 세 텔 링크 주식회사의 대리점으로 070 인터 넷 전화 개통업무를 위임 받는다는 내용의 계약을 체결하고, 개인정보를 구매하거나 개통된 070 인터 넷 전화번호를 판매하는데 사용할 채팅 어 플인 QQ 메신저의 계정( 닉네임 ‘G’) 을 만들었다.

As a result, the Defendant knowingly conspired with D and received personal information for profit or for an illegal purpose, and received a total of 128 personal information for profit or for an illegal purpose with knowledge of the fact that the personal information was divulged from September 5, 2016 to November 10, 2016, by the same method as in attached Table 1.
