1. On November 2006, the Defendant: (a) committed military service with C at the Army B Military Service Association in the city of Pakistan in Gyeonggi-do; and (b) filed an application for joining the Internet phone of LG Plus by using personal information of C by advertising that he/she became aware of the resident registration number of C; and (c) committed an application for joining the Internet phone of LG Plus by using the personal information of C.
On May 27, 2010, the Defendant entered “C”, “D”, “E,” “E”, and “E-Mil” in the column of the customer’s basic information on the Internet and Internet office telephone service application by means of computers at the store of the Home Perer’s office located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, the Defendant: (a) stated “C” in the resident registration number column, “D”, “E,” and “H” in the location column; and (b) signed on “C” next to each contractor, applicant (agent) and “C” to use it; (c) forged the above service application form, which is a private document on rights and duties, and (d) submitted it to an employee, who is aware of the circumstances, and exercised it.

The Defendant, at the date and time, at the place specified in paragraph 1, read “I, in entering into a service contract, I have fully explained and understood all relevant matters, such as terms and conditions of use, short term purchases, combined goods, etc., and then I have confirmed and applied as above in accordance with the terms and conditions of use.
After forging an application for the service of the victim LG Plus Co., Ltd. described as “,” the victim was accused of the victim as if he were to properly subscribe to the Internet telephone service of the victim by submitting the victim’s name in charge of the above victim’s subscription to the service in the relevant place.
However, the defendant has joined the Internet telephone service in the name of the victim C for the Internet telephone subscription fee, and the amount of 40 million won including bonds at that time.
