A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 30, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) around May 30, 2016, the Defendant carried out commercial sex acts by providing 120,000 won (transfer KRW 60,000,000, and cash KRW 60,000) to the instant E through the printing app, such as D, at a new wall shill-si B or nearby an unmanned telecom in the vicinity of Gangnam-si or C, and engaging in commercial sex acts once.

2. On August 22, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) around August 22, 2016, the Defendant engaged in sexual traffic by giving 1.50,000 won to the said E at the singular telecom in Gangseo-si B or in the vicinity of Gangseo-si, or in the vicinity of C (the remittance amounting to KRW 1.30,00,000,00 in cash) and making a single sexual act.

3. On October 3, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (i.e., sexual purchase, etc.) was aware of the fact that he/she was a child or juvenile around September 2016. However, on October 3, 2016, the Defendant engaged in sexual traffic by having the said E with the 1.30,000 won (transfer 1.10,000 won, cash 20,000 won) at the Gangnam-si or nearby unmanned telescopestete (i.e., 18 years old at that time) around May 3, 2016.

As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

4. On May 31, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) around May 31, 2017, the Defendant engaged in commercial sex acts by engaging in sexual intercourse at the new wall, Gangseo-si B or neighboring unmanned telecomers, which had already become adults, with the amount of KRW 200,000 and one time of sexual intercourse.
