A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On February 19, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, injury, etc. in the Gwangju District Court’s Macheon Branch on May 2, 2016, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the first prison of the Gyeongbuk Branch.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant could not seek jobs after the release from prison and gave a direction to his living environment, and he thought that he did not in the Yeongdeungpo-gu market in which he frequently attended in his wife.

1. On August 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a PVC container equivalent to KRW 200,000, which was kept in the household stand by attaching fire to the plastic packaging of the household board owned by the victim E, the victim E, who was in front of the D store located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, at around 03:43, the Defendant caused public danger by setting fire to the PVC container.

2. At around 04:30 on the same day as described in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) attached a fire to the waste bags located in H, operated by G located on the first floor of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Building; (b) attached the waste bags located therein between H and J-cafeteria operated by I, and attached it to the roof of M&A operated by L in K, the whole floor of the above building and its sub-building.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed that the repair cost of the above H H shop is about KRW 30 million, and that the repair cost of the above J restaurant is about KRW 15 million, and that of the O operated by N of the first floor of the same building is about KRW 1 million, respectively, and that the repair cost of the above M M building is about KRW 7 million.
