A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed the following crimes with the wife B (the age of 56) as well as persons who reside in the Ganbuk-gun, and with the lack of ability to discern things or make decisions due to the development of detailed whereabouts, etc.

1. On August 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 13:20 on August 27, 2019, the head of the present residential building and fire prevention: (b) around 20 literss, who were under custody in the warehouse due to mobile phone hacking from water sources in the above residential area; and (c) caused 20 literss to 3 mobile distribution around plastics; (d) dusting light light through a stable located behind the residential area; and (e) duplicing it by using a disposable tool located inside the stable located behind the residential area; (e) moved into the second floor of the residential building; (e) spread through the living room, the kitchen, etc.; and (e) spread through the kitchen, etc.; and (e) made the two floors inside the building located behind the residential area by attaching a fire to the entire inner floor of the second floor of the building.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the building used as a residence by setting fire so that it can be repaired as a non-repair fee.

2. The Defendant of special obstruction of performance of official duties, as mentioned in paragraph (1), did not leave his residence at the time and place mentioned above. On the same day, around 13:29 on the same day, there was a defect in the police officer who arrived at the site to enter the second floor of a residential building and the fire officer’s attempt to enter the second floor of a residential building; the Defendant spawned light, which is an inflammable substance and toxic substance, and spawd down salt acid, which is a dangerous substance, and obstructed entry by spawds by spathing the pipe (180cm in length). During that process, the Defendant spawdddd down the left part of D(31) which is the 119 rescue unit, and the left part of D(31) and the left buckbucks.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with legitimate performance of duties of fire fighting officers.
