A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Based on facts acknowledged by the pleadings and records of this case, the facts charged were partially revised to the extent that the defendant's right of defense is not infringed.

[Criminal Records] On August 18, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Seoul Central District Court on February 4, 2017, and completed the execution of the said sentence at Anyang Prison.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant committed each of the following crimes under the circumstances where the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to excessive drinking, complicationous illness, and bipolartic disorder.

1. Fire prevention of general buildings;

A.
