Text

1. As to the real estate listed in the separate sheet, the Defendant Consignee: (a) performed the procedure for registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration that was completed on November 29, 2010 by the receipt OOOOO on the part of the District Court’s annual registry office of the Republic of Korea District Court; and (b) the Defendant ProfessorO will implement the procedure for registration of ownership transfer based on the sales contract on October 12, 2009 to Nonparty ProfessorO.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Defendants.

Cheong-gu Office

The primary claim is as shown in the Disposition.

Preliminary Claim:

1. On November 29, 2010, the defendant TO will implement the procedure for registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration completed by the KOOOOOO on November 29, 2010 with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list to the defendant TOO.

2. Defendant BaO shall pay to the Plaintiff 32,50,000 won with 20% interest per annum from the day following the day on which the copy of the complaint of this case is served to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

In regard to the plaintiff's assertion as stated in the separate sheet as the primary cause of claim of this case, pursuant to Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act, it is deemed that the defendant has led to confession under Article 150 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act.

Therefore, with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet, the defendant Dao is obligated to register cancellation of ownership transfer registration completed by the KOOOOO on November 29, 2010 to the defendant DooO on November 29, 2010. (B) The defendant DooO is obligated to implement the procedures for ownership transfer registration based on the sale contract on October 12, 2009, upon the plaintiff's request to exercise the right to claim ownership transfer registration on October 12, 2009.

Thus, the plaintiff's primary claim against the defendants is justified.
