1. The contract of donation concluded on July 11, 201 between the Defendant and KimB is revoked with respect to the 1,832 square meters of OO-Eup O-gun OO-gun OB 109-38 square meters of O-gun O-gun OB.

2. On July 11, 201, the Defendant shall implement the procedure for the registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration, which was completed by the Changwon District Court (Hawon District Court)’s subordinate registry office (OOOO) with respect to the said real estate to the Plaintiff.

3. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.
