Therefore, with respect to real property listed in the Schedule:

A. Defendant A implements the procedure for registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration completed under No. 17931 of the receipt on November 29, 2010 to Defendant D’s District Court:

Defendant D is obligated to implement the procedure for registration of transfer of ownership based on a sales contract on October 12, 2009, upon the Plaintiff’s exercise of the right to claim the transfer of ownership under the above sales contract for E in order to preserve the tax claim against E.

Thus, the plaintiff's primary claim against the defendants is justified.
