A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence 1 through 5 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Telecommunications Business Act may intermediate a third party's communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator, or provide such services for communications;

On November 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received the personal information of the nominal owner required for opening the Internet telephone terminal via B from the person in charge of personal affairs; (b) issued C with the said personal information along with the office rent and the franchise construction cost necessary for opening the Internet telephone terminal; and (c) instructed C to send it to China via a 'so-called 'so-called',’ the opened Internet telephone terminal; (d) around November 9, 2018, the Defendant applied for the subscription of the Internet phone in the name of “G” to F in accordance with the Defendant’s order, and (e) applied for the subscription of the Internet phone in the name of “G” to F in accordance with the Defendant’s order, from around 23, 2018 to January 4, 2019.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above, provided telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators for the purpose of telecommunications by others.

2. On October 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened the Internet telephone apparatus to be used for committing the “Singing” crime, which is a nameless person (one name “I”); (b) went out to China; (c) consented to the act of managing the domestic organization through the Internet telephone apparatus; and (d) conspired in sequence by ordering C, etc., which is the Internet telephone delivery book introduced by the above non-known person, to open the Internet telephone apparatus through the Internet telephone system, and to keep it up to the total book.

The total liability of telecommunications-based financial fraud organizations is made by deception around November 19, 2018.
