Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2012, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Southern District Court to three years of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, to one year and two months of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on April 21, 2016, and to one year and two months of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. on February 13, 2018, respectively, and completed the execution of the final sentence on January 4, 2019.

The Defendant, at the marriage ceremony, runs as if he was related persons such as relatives of the married party or his subordinates, and was aware that he stolen an envelope, or received a food ticket, which includes a congratulatory money submitted by other guests at the congratulations reception stand. On October 5, 2019, at around 11:53, the Defendant took place as if he was related persons such as relatives of the married party or his subordinates, and was aware that he had a total of KRW 80,000 worth of KRW 80,000,000,000,000 won, including 10,000,000 won and 10,000,000 won and 10,000,000 won and 1,00,000 won and 1,00,00 won and 1,00,000 won and 2,00,00 won and 1,00,00.
