Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2013, at around 23:38, the Defendant driven a B-car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.09% 0.09% on the road of approximately 100 meters from the fluoral site in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu to the street of the same 466th class.
