The defendant shall be innocent.

1. From December 1, 201 to November 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was taking charge of the duties of the General Council of Students for the welfare of students and the realization of rights on behalf of students in the C University’s 33th president; (b) was present at the prosecutor’s office as a witness for the suspected case of embezzlement of school expenses against D, etc. on October 29, 2012; and (c) was asked to hold an interview with the president at the president’s office as of November 6, 2012; and (d) was asked to hold an interview with E, a bachelor support team at the president’s office as of November 6, 2012.

The defendant confirmed that the part against D, who purchased the picture, subdivision, and chief of the school expense and did not work continuously, had paid high-amount wages to D at his school expense, and demanded D to return it to the school expense again. On the part which differs from the president and the president, the defendant tried to hear the opinion of the executive officers of the Korean Council of Students and the chairperson of each department and expressed the position of the Korean Council of Students, and took the same attitude as group action at the school level.

After that, when D was subject to prosecutorial investigation, the Defendant thought that D would carry out the overseas training rejected against the president at the time of the training session on November 8, 2012, the Defendant demanded D to contact D with E on November 8, 2012, where D was summoned to the prosecution and is subject to the investigation, to send his/her overseas meritorious training.

The defendant listens to the statement that he will submit a cooperation letter concerning overseas official training from E, and only five students' conference executives are allowed to attend the school, and the defendant's cooperation statement to request that 2,55 million won of travel expenses, including 3.6 million won of local travel expenses and 3.5 million won of local travel expenses, should be executed as school expenses.
