A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 2 through 5 shall be confiscated.

Of the facts charged of this case, the victim.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 7, 2018, around 08:00, the Defendant stolen, with the victim’s right to KRW 1,00,00, KRW 4, smartphones, 1,000, a man-use wall, resident registration certificate, and driver’s license, which were the victim’s ownership of another victim’s household located in the x-ray street street located in the x-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. On April 28, 2018, the Defendant presented a credit card (credit card number: L) in the name of K bank in the name of F that F was stolen to his/her employees as if he/she had the right to normally use at the “J farming association corporation” room located in the G event site located in Gangnamwon H, Gangwon-do, and then received from his/her employees a salary of 10,000 won of the market price, and paid the relevant amount with the said card.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the above employee, received property equivalent to KRW 10,000 from him, and inflicted property damage on the victim K Bank equivalent to the same amount, and used the stolen credit card.

B. On April 28, 2018, around 16:52, the Defendant presented the above F’s K-based K-based credit card (credit card number) in the above F’s name to an employee as if he/she had the right to normally use at the “M farming association corporation” within the event site as indicated in the above paragraph (a), and then paid the corresponding amount by the said card.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the above employee, received property equivalent to KRW 72,00 from him, and inflicted property damage on the victim K Bank equivalent to the same amount, and used the stolen credit card.

At around 16:55 on April 28, 2018, the Defendant presented K bank credit cards (credit card number) in the said F name to an employee as if he/she had an ordinary right to use at the N Agricultural Cooperative within the event site as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (A) at around 16:55, 2018.
