Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 15, 2019, the Defendant found and found a copy of KB National Card (Credit Card Number : D) owned by the victim C on the front of Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.

The Defendant did not follow necessary procedures such as returning the KB national card that he acquired as above to the victim and did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On August 15, 2019, at around 21:28, the Defendant purchased a victim’s name in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “F convenience store” for the operation of the victim’s name in distress boxes, and settled KRW 9,000,00, when purchasing horse rad tobacco 2 A, as described in paragraph (1), the Defendant presented the above KBN card in the name of Geumcheon, as he/she had legitimate right to use, to an employee in distress.

B. On August 15, 2015, the Defendant, at around 21:30 on August 15, 2015, purchased 12 Malaysia tobacco from the “F convenience store” as indicated in the preceding paragraphs, and paid 54,000 won by presenting the said KB national card to an employee in non-name in the same manner as indicated in the preceding paragraphs.

C. On August 15, 2019, around 21:33, the Defendant purchased the “H convenience store” from the “H convenience store for the operation of the victim’s name in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Victim G,” and settled KRW 45,000 by presenting the said KB national card to an employee in lack of his/her name in the manner described in the preceding paragraph.

On August 16, 2019, at around 06:05, the Defendant purchased the “I convenience store” for the operation of a victim’s nameless box in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and settled KRW 45,000 by presenting the said KB national card to an employee in non-nameless manner as described in the preceding paragraph, in the same manner as described in the preceding paragraph.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings his employees, thereby deceivings the total amount of 153,000 won owned by the victims, and uses the lost physical card.
