A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 21, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) around 21:00 on May 9, 201, attached a registration number plate removed from the two-wheeled vehicle, which was newly purchased, to the GITRNO two-wheeled vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant used air illegally for the purpose of exercising the right, and used two-wheeled automobile number plate unlawfully.

2. From the date stated in paragraph (1) to May 23:20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) operated the two-wheeled automobile number plate attached to the two-wheeled automobile number plate, which is an air defense that was unlawfully used, from the date stated in paragraph (1) to May 10, 2016; and (b) exercised the air that was unlawfully used by drifting the two-wheeled automobile number plate in Seoul.
