Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person under consideration;

A. On March 25, 2020, the Defendant, in violation of the Automobile Management Act and illegal use of air defense 1) transferred the number plate to and changed from the Defendant’s office located in Seosan City to D as of December 2, 2014, and attached the number plate to a two-wheeled vehicle within CA110 to a two-wheeled vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile, air, for the purpose of exercising the right.

2) On April 2020, the Defendant: (a) removed from a two-wheeled automobile a PCX125 “E” plate, such as the foregoing (1) at a time re-place of the flag; and (b) attached the “E” plate to a two-wheeled automobile.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile, air, for the purpose of exercising the right.

B. On March 28, 2020, the Defendant, who illegally used public marks, was removed from the first place at the Seosan-si 8:00 Seosan-si around March 28, 202, and 8:35,000.

A. (1) As above, PCX125 driving a two-wheeled vehicle with the “E” number plate and exercising an air defense unlawfully used.

On June 16, 2020, the Defendant: (a) operated two CA 1110 two wheeled with a license plate used by B as stated in paragraph (b) around June 16, 2020; (b) received a loan fee from B; and (c) lent the said two wheeled vehicle to facilitate the commission of the crime.

(d)

On June 16, 2020, the Defendant provided assistance in the violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) in operating two-wheeled vehicles that were not covered by mandatory insurance as described in paragraph (2)(c) of Article 110, at the Dong-dong, Seogsan, Si/Gu; (b) in receiving rent from B, and (c) lent the said two-wheeled vehicles to facilitate the commission of the crime.

2. Defendant B

(a) The defendant who illegally used official marks and events shall be entitled to paragraph (2) at the Japanese unit located in Seosan-si in Si/Eup/Myeon at the time of the day specified in paragraph (2);

A. 1) As seen above, A, while being aware that a two-wheeled CA110 attached a “E” number plate to a two-wheeled CA110, he/she illegally used the two-wheeled wheel.
