A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that it does not interfere with the defendant's right of defense, some expressions in the facts charged were legally adopted and the court corrected ex officio based on the evidence investigated by this court.

The Defendant is a person who manages and operates a two-wheeled automobile from September 2015, which was unregistered VS125.

1. On September 2015, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) a two-wheeled automobile number plate attached to the said VF125 two-wheeled automobile number plate was attached to the lower part of the two-wheeled automobile number plate of the said VF125.

Accordingly, the defendant used a two-wheeled automobile number plate which is air defense for the purpose of exercising.

2. The Defendant used the instant two-wheeled automobile number plate attached from September 2015 to July 5, 2016, as described in paragraph (1), from around September 5, 2015 to around July 5, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated two-wheeled automobiles at the time, place, and place indicated in paragraph (2).
