A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 181"
1. On January 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate that was not corrected at around 00:36 on the part of the victim B at night against the victim B; and (b) opened into a cafeteria that was operated by the victim B in Mayang-gu, Mayang-gu, Mayang-si; and (c) intruded the victim B; and (d) carried 10,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim, from the plastic box under the table.
2. On January 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) had a 20,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession on his/her face, carried into a brupted part of the victim E’s G operation of the brush-gu, Mayang-gu, Mayang-si; and (b) had the victim’s 20,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s ownership on his/her face.
"2018 Highest 220"
1. On December 14, 2017, at night, the Defendant: (a) committed theft of a structure at night; (b) around 05:00 on December 14, 2017, the Defendant: (c) went into a singing room and carried the key of the Victim I operated by the victim I, who was located in the Manan-gu Ha, H, and the first underground floor; and (d) opened a credit cooperative established in a singing room by using the key; and (c) took money 35,000 won and stolen the victim’s possession of the key.
2. On December 15, 2017, at night, the Defendant: (a) opened a safe established in each singing room at around 00:36 around December 15, 2017 in the places specified in paragraph (1); (b) around 00:36 around 15, 2017; and (c) carried 80,000 won in cash owned by the victim.
"2018 Highest 710"
1. On February 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in front of the Central Haz-ro 172-ro 172, Annyang-gu, Annyang-si, Annyang-gu, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, the Defendant: (b) opened a door in which the Defendant was parked by the Victim K; and (c) took one credit card, the victim of which was located, and stolen.
2. On February 5, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, was stolen from the victim N in Ansan-si M on February 5, 2018, as described in paragraph (1).
The payment shall be made by credit card in the name of K and shall be in its position.
