A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 30, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at night in Busan District Court on April 30, 2015, and completed the execution of the above punishment on April 2, 2016.
1. The Defendant who attempted larceny: (a) around 01:05 on October 15, 2018, at the convenience store “E convenience store operated by the victim D, who is a victim of the building C of the Busan B B B, to take cash from the payment period for cash withdrawal in the place where the F, an employee, is situated.”
In order to do so, the sum of the cash receipt and disbursement instruments was cut off to the above F, and the intention was not achieved.
2. On October 15, 2018, around 01:11, 201: (a) the Defendant: (b) opened and intruded a door at which the victim H, a security guard, was not corrected at the seat of the G building in Busan-gu G building; and (c) carried out a MP31 and a paper box containing two mobile phone charging machines equivalent to KRW 40,000,000, the market price of the victim’s ownership, and KRW 10,000,000.
3. On October 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded “K” stores operated by the Victim J on the part of Busan Blue Zone I, the first floor; and (b) cut off a cell phone with one mobile phone unit at the time of gallon gallon, which is equivalent to KRW 150,000,000, in the market value of the victim’s ownership, when gallon gallon, in which the victim’s gallon 2 mobilephones and the market value is equivalent to KRW 50,000,000.
4. On October 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:11, the Defendant: (b) opened and intruded a 7th room installed in the “N” store operated by the victim M of the 1st floor located in the Busan BG L L; and (c) cut off with property equivalent to KRW 4,150,000,000 in total, including a 300,000,000 in male-use verification flapsing market value, the market value of which was owned by the victim, at the wall surface of the entrance; and (d) 10,000,000 won in the market price of the 15,000,000,000 won in the flab; and (e) 13,000,000 won in the flab.
