[criminal history] On August 30, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution on September 7, 2017 in the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court due to intrusion of buildings at night, larceny, etc.

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On March 1, 2018, at around 04:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a store and stolen cash, which was in the custody of cash, through a window that was not locked for the first time in Kimpo-si C; (b) 130,000 won in cash, owned by the victim E.

B. On March 6, 2018, the Defendant, at around 00:40 on March 6, 2018, opened a back door to the restaurant located in Kimpo-si F, and intruded into the gate and stolen the pigs 20,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim G.

On March 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a kitchen that had not been set up in the ▽▽△△ restaurant located in G at Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; and (b) invaded into the kitchen and kept cash in a way to make it possible for the Defendant to commit theft with the cash of KRW 5,000,000, which was owned by the victim I.

On March 10, 2018, the Defendant, at around 02:30 on March 10, 2018, opened a kitchen and kept cash in a way that had not been set up in a restaurant located in the J of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and intruded into the kitchen and stored in the kitchen, with cash worth of KRW 100,000,000 owned by the victim K.

E. On March 11, 2018, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not set up in M in Kimpo-si L; and (b) intruded into the door and stored in cash in a store, and stolen KRW 10,000,000 in cash owned by the victim N.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.

2. On March 12, 2018, the Defendant who attempted to larceny a structure at night, was in front of a restaurant operated by the victim P, located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on March 12, 2018, and did not take the window so that he/she could steals cash, etc. owned by the victim in the store.
