A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 15:45 on July 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was hospitalized in the D Hospital 9105 located in Daejeon Jung-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, Daejeon; (b) caused the gap between the children hospitalized in the victim E and the diving room; (c) the cash owned by the victim, 4,000 won, which was laid on the bed; and (d) one color colored with which the market price cannot be known.
2. Fraud;
A. On July 27, 2015, around 15:50 on July 27, 2015, the defrauded Defendant settled KRW 4,500,00 of the drinking water value by purchasing one disease from the victim F of the first floor of the D Hospital located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, at the G convenience store operated by the victim F of the victim F of the D Hospital located in Daejeon-gu, and displaying one disease to the victim as if the Defendant was a debit card as the Defendant’s debit card.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
B. On July 27, 2015, at around 15:57, on July 27, 2015, the defrauded: (a) around 15:57, on July 27, 2015, the Defendant: (b) arrived before the Daejeon Daejeon-ro 785-ro 15 Central Market, the destination of which belongs to the transportation of the victim driven by I from the D Hospital located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; (c) presented 3,100 won to I as if he/she is a lawful holder of the said I-C card in the same manner.
In this respect, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits by deceiving the victim.
C. On July 27, 2015, around 16:00 on July 27, 2015, the Defendant, at around 16:00 on July 27, 2015, purchased one net gold-rum (2) from the precious metal store operated by the victim L, located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon, and settled KRW 424,60,00 by presenting the same method to the point N as if the Defendant was a legitimate holder of the said single physical check.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
On July 27, 2015, around 16:06, the fraud Defendant purchased a 1 set-off scrap from Qu, operated by the victim P, located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-dong P on July 27, 2015, and presented it to the victim as if he/she was a legitimate holder of the said 1string card.
