A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and B;

A. On September 6, 2013, Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) went against the victim E (the age of 31) and the body of the victim due to the following problems: (a) Defendant B’s smugglinged Defendant A without any justifiable reason on September 6, 2013; (b) Defendant B 3 times the victim’s face at drinking; and (c) Defendant A 10 times the head and body of the victim’s body due to drinking and launching.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.

B. Around September 6, 2013, the Defendants were insulting at the G police box located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on September 6, 2013.

When a flagrant offender was arrested as a police officer, Defendant B expressed the desire to see, “Cracks, die, and kills.” Defendant A expressed the following: “I am spacks, spacks, spacks, spacks, spacks, spacks, spacks, and spacks, spacks, and spacks, spacks, and spacks, spacks, and spacks,” and Defendant A spacks, “I am spacks, spacks, spacks, and spacks, spacks, spacks, and spacks

As a result, the Defendants conspired to insult the victim publicly for about one hour.

2. The Defendant A around September 6, 2013: (a) around 23:55, at the G police box located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

In order to prevent self-injury, while arrested and waiting for a flagrant offender, the safety protection body, which is a public article installed in the police box, was promptly removed, and damaged.
