Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and on February 11, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the said sentence in the Ansan prison.
1. On August 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an intrusion upon the victim C’s residence and attempted theft on August 13:38, 2016 at the victim’s residence located in Guri-si, Guri-si; (b) divided the portrait of the front door and opened a door of the first floor and intrudes into the ward; and (c) when the victim was discovered in the room during the physical color of the stolen goods, the Defendant did not have the intent to escape and attempted to escape.
2. 3. Around 14:00 on August 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) went into the victim’s residence located in Ha, Nam-gun, Y, Nam-nam, and confirmed that he had no way in the house; (b) opened a three-story beer door and intruded into the living room; and (c) opened a three-story beer door and intruded into the living room; (d) there was a 170,000 won and a half of the total market value of the 1280,000 won and a half of the 1280,000 won and a half of the total market value of the 170,000 won and a half of the 1280,000 won.
