Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 26, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in Seoul Southern District Court on December 26, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern Prison on December 12, 2018.

1. On April 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 19:50, at the victim I’s house of G Apartment G apartment H at night; (b) around 19:50, the Defendant came to theft with precious metal worth KRW 5 million in total, including one gold scrap, two gold Bans, and two multimonds, which are located within the victim’s house, and confirmed the fact that it was inside the house and opened.
2. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;
A. On June 6, 2019, the Defendant, at around 13:10 on June 6, 2019, found the victim I again at the above paragraph (1) and checked the entrance level into the house and opened the house with a cash of 500,000 won owned by the victim in the cremation room.
B. On June 6, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim J around 13:30 on or around 13:30, the Defendant confirmed that, at the house of the victim J of G Apartment-gu G Apartment-gu, the front level was divided into the front level and confirmed that there was no way in the house, and that, upon intrusion into the house through the kitchen kitchen window, 90,000 won in cash owned by the victim and the market value of 80,000 won in total.
C. Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victims' residence three times and stolen the victims' property.
