A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On January 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00, the Defendant: (b) divided the first race into front of the residence of the victim C (the 54 years of age, the 54 years of age, and the remaining) of the Busan B B (the 54 years of age); and (c) confirmed that the first race was in front of the residence of the victim C (the 54 years of age, the Defendant infringed upon the closed door through the toilet window in which the Defendant
