A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on December 28, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on April 8, 2013.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On December 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) injectedd psychotropic drugs into a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs at the Mesphere Mesphere (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”); and (b) injected them to the Defendant’s arms by dilution, at around 22:00 on the first day of December 2014, the Defendant 201.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs even though he is not a person handling narcotics.

B. On February 17, 2015, the Defendant, at around 23:00 on February 17, 2015, administered the Defendant’s body in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, in a way of dilution and dilution by inserting and dilution drinking water from the Defendant’s body located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, about 0.05g of phiphonephones.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs even though he is not a person handling narcotics.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed psychotropic drugs even though he is not a person handling narcotics.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

A.
