Defendant
A served as a station for E station operated by D Co., Ltd. located in Ansan-si from November 2013 to December 2014, 2014, and has been engaged in business, management of gas sources, daily finishing business, etc., and Defendant B is the vice head of G Co., Ltd. holding and operating F business cars.
1. The Defendants’ joint crime committed with the Defendants, by settling as if the purchase card for the oil vehicle of freight the amount larger than the actual volume of the oil, were committed with the intent to defraud the government subsidies equivalent to KRW 345.54 per L, which are paid to the commercial cargo vehicle at the time of oil oiling (hereinafter “oil subsidies”).
