Defendant
A is a person operating the “G gas station” in the “F of Ischeon-si, and Defendant B is an accounting employee of the said “G gas station,” and the Defendant B, in collusion with the borrower and driver of the commercial truck, paid as if the purchase card of the cargo vehicle with the actual amount of flow is in excess of the actual amount of flow, and the difference is in cash return to the borrower and driver of the cargo vehicle to the commercial cargo vehicle, with the national subsidy of an amount equivalent to KRW 345.54 per 1 liter who is paid at the time of oiling to the commercial truck (hereinafter “oil subsidy”) and received the national subsidy of an amount equivalent to KRW 345.54 per 1 liter who is paid for the cargo vehicle
1. Defendant A and B conspired on July 1, 201 with Defendant A and B to obtain the former “G gas station” as of July 1, 201, while the fact was that: (a) even though the Plaintiff did not have the main transit on the I-business cargo vehicle operated by H, Defendant A and B sold 423,250 won at the market price of 249.12liter via H; (b) completed a credit card sales slip and returned the difference to H as if they were settled by using a new card (J), which is the cargo vehicle purchase card; and (c) around that time, Defendant A and B received the difference by obtaining the payment of 83,448 won as a fuel subsidy from May 7, 2013 to by fraud, as described in the attached list of crimes (1) in collusion with the borrower and 405 won in total; and (d) by obtaining the credit card sales of goods by means of deception or selling the actual amount of money by means of a credit card transaction.
2. Defendant C in collusion with the above A and B around 09:46 on December 5, 2012, the above “G gas station” was paid by Defendant C, and the fact was paid 60 liter market price of 104,880 liter via the freight vehicle operated by Defendant C, but the transit market price of 180 liter 309,060 liter 180 liter market price was paid in cash as the freight vehicle purchase card (L) is the freight vehicle purchase card.
