1. Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ joint crime committed on July 15, 2015, put in the two-story stores of Eart F-F-2, managed by E located in Switzerland-si on July 16:27, 2015, DNA fluor tobacco 2, displayed therein, into a bank, and then enter the garment string room.

Plastic cases were melted by plasticter and the market price of which is 90,000 won.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of 2 Mat F tobacco owned by the victim.

2. On June 18, 2015, Defendant A puts plastic cases into a bank at E-F 2 floor managed by E in Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si on June 17, 2015, and then enter the garment strawing room.

The victim melted plastic cases with the former plasticter and stolen the victim's market value of 90,000 won of tobacco in the amount of 90,000 won.

3. Defendant B

A. On June 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) put plastic ices in a door, displayed at the Maf 2-story store managed by E in Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si on June 27, 2015; and (b) enter the garment-rating room.

The victim melted plastic case with a plasticter and stolen the victim's price of 45,000 won in amount to 45,000 won.

B. On August 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on August 28, 2015, the Defendant: (b) opened a vinyl pluger in the H market located in Chuncheon City, G; (c) intruded into the air conditioning; and (d) stolen KRW 5,000 in cash, which was sub-loand by the air conditioning station, beer, and drinking water, at the same time.

Special larceny Defendant came to the J on August 29, 2015 to the J, operated by the victim I in the H market located in Chuncheon City around 23:30 on August 29, 2015, and considered K as the network.
