Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny on October 12, 2016 at the Gwangju District Court of Gwangju on April 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 20th day of the same month, and is currently under suspended sentence.

2. On July 25, 2017, at around 21:20 on July 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim’s mat-owned market value equivalent to KRW 45,00 by the same method at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1).

3. On August 19, 2017, at around 14:08, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim’s mat-owned market value equivalent to KRW 45,00 by the same method at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1).

4. The Defendant, at around September 16:08, 201, has 2 fluorous tobacco equivalent to 90,000 won in total at the market price of the victim Mat Co., Ltd. in the same manner at the places described in the above “1” clause.
