Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 14:30 around Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu, the Defendant: (b) 2286: (c) entered the Plaintiff’s tobacco store in the display room with a gap in the surveillance of the victim E, the head of the security team, in an amount of KRW 360,000 of the market price managed by the victim E, who was at the display room, using the gap in the surveillance of the victim E, the head of the team; and (d) then, (c) destroyed the plastic rink in a way that he prepared in advance to prevent theft; and (d) removed the plastic rink in a way that he/she sawed, puts tobacco into the room where he/she was at the market price. In addition, the Defendant, from April 8, 2015 to August 1, 2015, 205, 360,500 won and 250,000 won and 25,000 won, as indicated in [Attachment 1].

On December 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 17:00, mid- to 17:00, around 2014, entered the place where the victim H, who is an employee, was placed in a tobacco store located in G Mat 1,50,000 won of the market price managed by the injured party at the display room, using a cresh in the surveillance of his employee H; and (b) destroyed the plastic rink where the shape for preventing theft was installed in advance, and caused the destruction of the plastic rink to be filled in the bags that he was being filled with, and then cut off by putting tobacco in the bags that he was being filled. The Defendant, as described in attached Table 2, stolen tobacco amounting to KRW 3,75,00,75,75,75, July 7, 2015 through 19 in total, as indicated in the crime log 2.

Since the Defendant, on December 2014, at around 19:00 on the last day of the mid-term 2014, in J literature located in Busan, Nam-gu, Busan, the victim K, who is a security manager, has been negligent in monitoring the above Mart, and two Samsung Electronic Frperppers in the display stand of the second floor, are removed from the third floor clothes room, and is prepared in advance.
