1. Defendant B and C jointly share KRW 213,707,139 with respect to the Plaintiff, as well as the year from May 21, 2015 to August 27, 2015.

1. Determination as to claims against Defendant B and C

A. Defendant B and C: (a) upon request of the representative director D of the Plaintiff, known to the general public around December 29, 201, to keep the Plaintiff’s iron bars 240.96 tons from springing around December 201, 201; (b) around that time, he/she made it possible to keep the said iron bars in the towing logistics warehouse located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon (hereinafter “Y-gu”), and (c) made it possible to keep the said iron bars in the said warehouse; (d) using the fact that the towing goods did not know that the said steel bars were owned by the Plaintiff, he/she sold the said iron bars after subtracting the said steel bars from the total sales proceeds to 250 tons; (e) made the sales proceeds of the said iron distributed from around January 18, 2012 to around 20, 2000 won, and (e) made the sale proceeds of the said gold bars 23,765,896m of the market price of the Plaintiff at 28.1m26m of the said iron.

(1) Defendant B and C were indicted under the above criminal facts as to Defendant B and C, and on June 11, 2015, the above court rendered a judgment of conviction against Defendant B, who was sentenced to one year’s imprisonment with prison labor, and Defendant C issued a request for detection of location and a warrant of detention due to his/her absence on the date of declaration). [Grounds for recognition] The facts that there is no dispute against Defendant B: 1, A’s evidence 3-1, A’s evidence 4-3, and 6’s each statement, the entire purport of the pleadings, and the purport of the whole pleadings against Defendant C: deemed confession (Article 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act).
