Punishment of the crime

Defendant and E, who are engaged in the steel sales business on December 29, 201, was asked to keep the 240.96 tons of the steel bars owned by the victim F, who was known to the general meeting around December 29, 2011, from springing to spring 2012. Around that time, the Defendant and E made it possible for H to keep the said steel bars in the warehouse in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, by taking advantage of the fact that the said steel bars were not known as the victim’s ownership, the Defendant and E sold the said steel bars after deducting the victim from the fact that the said steel bars were not known as the victim’s ownership, and then collected the sales proceeds by dividing them by half and half of the Defendant and E. From around 18, 2012 to 23,765,896 won (10m) at will, from around 20, 2012 to 23.4m of the market price of Gwangju-gu, 208.2m.
