Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 04:30 on September 29, 2014, Defendant A expressed a desire to be “this sponse feb,” on the ground that the security guards belonging to the police box of the Gyeongsan Police Station, dispatched after receiving a report at the said place, D, who met the fighting match, and assaulted the part of the sponse D’s sponse of each bridge on three occasions.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases by the Inspector D, a police officer.

2. Defendant B

A. On September 29, 2014, around 04:30 on September 29, 2014, the Defendant damaged goods for public use: (a) the security guards affiliated with the police box of the Gyeongsan Police Station, who was dispatched after receiving a report at the said place, sent back a fighting boat; (b) the Defendant: (c) caused damage to the goods used by public offices by putting the booms installed in the front and rear even before the boom of the patrol box No. 3 (F) that was stopped at that place; and (d) damaged the goods

B. Obstruction of Performance of Official Duties (1) The Defendant: (a) expressed to the guards belonging to the police station C commander of the Gyeongsan Police Station, who met the patrol vehicle at the above time and at the above place, “this rings, nicking,” and assaulted the guards of the police station C commander of the Gyeongsan Police Station with “this rings, nicking, nicking,” twice the left side booms of E; and (b) assaulted the left g

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 Reporting Cases E, a police official.

(2) On September 29, 2014, around 06:20 on September 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the front place of the office of the 1st floor of the Gyeongsan Police Station in charge of sexual violence, the Defendant: (b) laid down the Defendant in the detention room of the Gyeongsan Police Station; and (c) laid down the Defendant into the detention room on the ground that the G slope belonging to the detention room of the Gyeongsan Police Station in charge of sexual violence on the 68th floor of the Gyeongsan Police Station in effect; and (d) laid down the Defendant’s hand at one time.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the attraction of slope G, a police officer.
